The Tuner got its name from it’s resemblance to a tuning fork. The second in our line of mighty micro slingshots, this pocketable TTF design packs the punch of a full size slingshot.
Shooting is easy, and there are two distinct grips. The first is much like a traditional pinch grip, wrapping your hand around the outside and inserting the tip of the index finger into the hole for secure retention. The other style hold inserts the thumb through the hole and flexes it slightly downward. The rest of the fingers naturally close around the grip.
Banding is a snap thanks to the tapered slots, which use the “matchstick” style attachment method. Bands can either be looped over a piece of rubber tubing/paracord/matchstick/etc and pulled snug, or simply rolled at the ends until sufficient thickness is achieved and pulled snug. Because of their convenience, we also offer a special reduced-fork-height variant of this slingshot specifically made pair perfectly with the excellent narrower Alliance bands. (if you want this variant, make a note in the sizing form)
Because these slingshots are 3D printed, we’re able to size them on a virtually continuous spectrum. The standard hole diameter is 22.5mm, which works for the majority of shooters, however if you have particularly large or small hands we can scale the slingshot custom for you. How strong is a 3D printed slingshot?
