If you happen to have a North American Arms revolver, you’ve probably noticed that speed-reloads present a bit of a “challenge.” Desert Gun Leather has a nice speed loader to remedy this, but difficulty arises in carrying said speed loader as options are limited.
This is the 3D digital file for a horizontal carry system for DGL’s NAA Magnum speed loader. There are two versions, one with a monolithic loop, the other with a slit-loop that acts like a J-hook allowing installation/removal without removing one’s belt. Retention of the speed loader is accomplished by gripping the cartridge retaining spring on the perimeter, which holds it securely yet can still be pulled free quickly with a firm tug.
