This Picatinny rail adapter attaches to the bottom of AGM Asp and Taipan series thermal imagers, adding a standard Picatinny section for mounting compatible accessories directly to the thermal. At 25 grams including hardware, it adds capability without meaningful weight.

The most common application is two-operator target designation: one person spots and identifies targets through thermal while using a mounted IR laser to designate for a second shooter operating under night vision. Any Picatinny-compatible accessory works here, the use case is defined by what you mount to it.
Installation is straightforward. Attach the rail to your thermal using the integrated stainless steel screw with a slotted screwdriver or coin. The mounting screw stays captured in the adapter when not in use.
